A new update has arrived for Windows 8.1 which is named as the August Update and the update is available by Windows Update. Now the new guest which has appeared since the update us a taskbar in the All Apps screen which was not present prior the August Update. Before the update, the taskbar used to appear when you hovered the cursor or your finger at the bottom of the all app screen.

Since the update has been affected, the taskbar is there but the disturbing fact is that this change has occurred to some users and the change is not consistent. When you switch between apps using the hot corner, the taskbar disappears. But otherwise it is very much there. In the documentation of the update, this change is not mentioned though. This absence of the change from the documentation doubts if it has been intentionally incorporated or it’s just a bug. You have to wait for Microsoft to answer.
