Steps to Create an Environment Variables Shortcut in Windows 10

1. Right click on an empty space in Desktop. Then go to New and select Shortcut.

2. In the address field, copy and paste the following command %windir%\System32\rundll32.exe sysdm.cpl,EditEnvironmentVariables Go to Next to continue.
