A new video has been posted in YouTube which shows a new folder feature in the Windows Phone 8.1 GDR 1. The new update will bring a vast update to the Internet Explorer so that it gains the same fluidity and flexibility as any other iOS or Android browsers in order to give a better browsing experience.
Users who are using the developer version of Windows Phone 8.1 can get the update. This update has been shown in the video where you can long press a tile to be able to move it and then dragging it over another tile, allows you to create a folder. transition from one function to another has been increased and thus has also been reflected in folders.
