Taking screenshots on your Windows 8 phone is very easy and the best thing is that you do not need to install any additional application for that. Follow the step below.
Press and hold the Start 
button and the Power On/Off button 
at the same time, you will hear a shutter sound and your phone’s screen will be flashing up. That’s it. You have successfully taken the snapshot of your current screen. The screenshot will be saved automatically in the Screenshots album in the Photos Hub.
