Before checking out the specifications the phone will carry, let us inform you that according to the company, Elite x3 will be a business phone and the handsets will be pushed to the business houses. The business oriented Elite x3 sports a Quad Core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 2.15 GHz, 4GB of RAM, a 6-inch AMOLED display, and 4,150 mAh battery and many more. The sleek and stylish looking phone will run the latest Windows 10 Mobile operating system with all the advanced mobile security and encryption. Elite x3 will include Continuum, Universal Windows Apps and other Apps that comes with high end Microsoft devices only. Besides, the phone will have certain features incorporated that will let users take calls during presentation without interrupting the flow of presentation.

Microsoft’s two wings for smartphones and tablets are Surface and Lumia. Microsoft took over Nokia and launched the Lumia phones under their brand name but still the phones encountered a degrading business. On the contrary, Surface is doing a pretty good job. Reports say that this new partnership between Microsoft and HP is Microsoft’s new agenda to leverage the failing business of Lumia. “The HP Elite X3 will come with Microsoft Office, and HP is partnering with Salesforce to jointly deliver a native Salesforce application pre-installed on every HP Elite x3 device,” a Microsoft blog post reads.
