Chuwi is a Chinese manufacturer that has been consistently manufacturing Windows 10 devices with great specifications but at reasonable price. Over the past year and a half, Chuwi launched a plethora of devices like Vi8 Plus tablet, the Hi12 slate, and the HiBook 2-in-1. In December 2016, the company released Lapbook 14.1. Within a quarter of a year, it has come up with a new version of the device, that’s Lapbook 12.3.

We can understand that the new version has a comparatively smaller screen size than its predecessor. The device resolution, however, has been revamped to match the resolution of the high end Surface Pro 4.
