SFC command is a very important command in Windows OS which holds the integrity of system protected files. The SFC command also replaces corrupted system files with authentic Microsoft versions. The following tutorial will help you to run SFC Command to repain system files in Windows 10.
Steps to Run SFC Command to Repair System Files in Windows 10
1. First of all, open a command prompt at boot.
2. Then you have to type diskpart and press Enter. Next, type list volume and press Enter. Now note the drive letter of your System Reserved drive and the Windows 10 Drive. If you do not have multiple OS running on your computer, then your Windows 10 will be same as the System Reserved. Since now only Technical Preview is available now, hence it is recommended to install Windows 10 in a different partition. Hence, your system reserved and boot drive will be different in that case. Type Exit and press Enter.
3. Now again type the following command
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=C:\ /offwindir=D:\windows
Note here the C should be replaced by the boot drive letter in the /offbootdir (offline boot directory) whereas the D drive letter is to be replaced by the drive letter in the /offwindir, i.e the Windows 10 drive letter.
The scanning process will consume some time and if things go right you will see a message somewhat like this
“Windows Resoruce Protection did not find any integrity violations”. If so, then close the command prompt and restart Windows 10.

If the operation do not run successfully, then you may try any of the below stated potential solutions.
Restart your computer and again run the same command. Sometimes, the command works even after running it three times. If problems still persists then you can run any of the commands Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and then run the command again.
