1. Open Task Manager. Press ALT+CTRL+DEL and then select Task Manager.
2. As Task Manager opens, you will get a compact view, then click on More Details to get full account of both the Apps and processes running background.
3. In the Processes Tab, under Apps section, there is Windows Explorer.
4. Click Restart located at the right bottom corner of Task Manager.
