The Windows Phone 8.1 Update is already out. Install it if you’ve not yet done that. After installation you can get a host of new features among which Live folders is a notable one. You can create Live folders and the following tutorial tells you how to do so. You can do a lot with Live folders. You can resize these folders by simply pressing and holding on the Live Folder, and then tapping the arrow on the lower right corner. You can combine all of your messaging apps like Skype, Whatsapp, Groupme, and Facebook Messenger into one place or cluster all games together.
Steps to create Live Folders on Windows Phone 8.1 Update
1. Go to all Apps screen. Press and hold a tile until it pops into the foreground.
2. Next, drag the tile over another tile you want to join in the folder.
3. Now tap on the area that says ‘Name folder’ and give a suitable name to the folder.
4. You can drag other tiles also if you want.
