Windows 10 introduced the Task View or Virtual desktop feature in its Preview builds. The virtual desktops facilitate multi-tasking by simply hovering from one desktop to another. But in the current build 9926, even though we have this Task View feature, we have this one limitation. Which ever desktop you have opened, all the icons will be visible from the taskbar. It means if you have opened a specific application from a certain desktop, that app icon will be visible at the taskbar of all other desstops. The new leaned images from the upcoming build 10036 seem to overcome this limitation by adding modifications.
From the screenshot you can see that new settings have been added to the multitasking settings, i.e., the Additional Desktop settings. You can enable showing icons on taskbar for all desktops or for individual desktop. Pressing Alt+Tab will windows that are open in all desktops. You can change this option for individual desktop also. This flexibility in customization in the Task View feature is definitely a positive point. But since it’s nothing but leaked images, so we would recommend you to take it on a lighter note.
