Windows 10 facilitates auto save of screenshots in your Microsoft cloud storage OneDrive. If you enable the auto save settings of screenshots in OneDrive, then screenshots (PrtSc or Alt+PrtSc) will be saved and uploaded automatically to your OneDrive account.
