Poki, a third party Pocket client for Windows Phone gets an update. The Poki 2.0 version of the app is due for release on October 2nd according to sources. The update will be available on Windows Phone 8.1 and it will witness a lot of change, additions and improvements in the upcoming release.

Pocket is the service on which you can save all the articles you like and save them to read later and in an offline mode. In the updated version of it, the interface has got a complete makeover with the database engine being newer and faster.

Not only this, the application has been completely rewritten from scratch for WinRT. It has added an option of adding, editing or deleting items when offline. When Poki is closed, it will automatically sync things in the background. The reading view has been improved with the entire display now being occupied with the article you read. The users will have a great experience with Poki 2.0 and we are looking forward to get a hands-on on it.
