Microsoft is all set to release its upcoming Windows version, Windows 10 this summer. While we all know that Microsoft has promised Windows 7 and 8 users a free upgrade to Windows 10, we are still yet to fetch many additional information like the price of full copy of the OS. However, a retailer Newegg has come forward with pre order bookings of the OEM versions of Windows 10. Let us check out what price has been quoted by Newegg. You will be able to get an idea of the expected price.

Windows 10 OEM pre-orders at Newegg

Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Premium are ready for pre-orders by Newegg. Windows 10 Home is priced at $109 and the Premium at $149 respectively. The shipping date that has been decided yet is August 31 but the ad shows a warning of change of date. So 8/31 is still not final yet. So now you can get an idea of the expected prices of the OS versions. Even though there is no official confirmation from Microsoft, but experts suggest these prices to be almost correct if not accurate.

Newegg holds a considerable position as retailer and this is the first time that Windows OS is on pre-order by a retailer. Google cache of the pages of Newegg website shows that they were both updated on 5/29 or 5/30. So we can trust the news as of now unless something new is unveiled by Microsoft.
