Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.Cortana | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

3. Now Close PowerShell app.

1. Open Cortana. Type Powershell. Select Windows PowerShell.

3. When you are done, close PowerShell.
