1. Open the Windows 10 Start menu.

2. Go to the Settings App.

3. Go to Account.

4. Next, under Accounts select the Sign-in options from the left panel.

5. On the right panel, scroll down and go to the tab and scroll Privacy section.

6. Here, you’ll find an option ‘Show account details (e.g. email address) on sign-in screen. Turn it off and your email will be hidden from the login screen.
