Each and every information like temporary files and cache files which run while a user has logged on to his computer are stored in the Environment variables. Steps to Create an Environment Variables Shortcut in Windows 10

1. Right click on an empty space in Desktop. Then go to New and select Shortcut.

2. In the address field, copy and paste the following command %windir%\System32\rundll32.exe sysdm.cpl,EditEnvironmentVariables Go to Next to continue.

3. Now type Environment Variables in the name field and click Finish.
